Contact our business manager, Mary Jo Baker, if you want to apply for an EdChoice scholarship.  She will help make this process very simple and ensure that you have all necessary paperwork and documents completed and submitted.

Catholic Education Foundation Scholarship (Archdiocese of Cincinnati Income-Based Partial Scholarship)
Deadline: February 8, 2024
The Catholic Education Foundation offers scholarships of up to $1200 per student.
To be considered for this generous scholarship, please submit your application before the deadline.

What is needed?
W2/1099 forms for 2022 (when available)
Tax forms: 1040. If you are self-employed, then also your Schedule C. Sometimes other forms are requested as well. FACTS will notify you if more detail is needed.
(Families with students at Lehman will need to upload 2023 tax documents.)

What is FACTS?
FACTS is the online management group that Holy Angels and Lehman uses to process scholarships.

Is it required? It is required to be considered Archdiocesan Scholarships and any School/Parish Scholarships.

What is the cost? (Fee paid by Holy Angels School until February 24th!)
There is a $38 filing fee to apply which you will be responsible for covering if you complete the application after February 24th.

Why should I file before February 8th?
The Catholic Education Foundation offers scholarships up to $1200 per student. You must file before the deadline to be considered for the scholarship. This potential scholarship is a great backup plan to any other scholarship your family may be receiving. Also, to request help from the Guardian Angel Scholarship from Holy Angels, you must file an application with FACTS.
Also, scholarships are processed in the order received.
