Campus Minister

The Campus Minister at Lehman Catholic High School serves as the spiritual leader of the building, working directly with the Principal to nurture a vibrant, Christ-centered community for students, staff, and families. This role supports the school's Catholic identity through pastoral ministry, sacramental life, prayer, retreats, teaching, and faith formation initiatives.

Marketing & Events Coordinator

The Marketing & Events Coordinator is the “voice and face” of the school’s community engagement. This role is responsible for managing the school’s digital presence and brand identity, along with planning and executing high-impact school events. The goal is to drive enrollment, foster community pride, and ensure every school milestone is celebrated with excellence.

Hiring Practice

Lehman Catholic High School advertises position openings, takes applications, screens applicants, and considers qualified candidates for further interviews. Your employment classification determines which pay policies and benefits apply to you. The prospective employee must complete essential forms to be kept on file by the employer.

 Applicants for all vacancies follow a standard application process that includes:

  2. Pre-employment interview.

  3. Assessment of applicant's experience. A transcript of grades may be required.

  4. Objective work-related tests where applicable.

  5. Reference checks.

  6. Background checks through fingerprinting.

All personnel, regardless of position, must understand and support the philosophy and mission of Lehman Catholic High School and complete Safe Parish training when hired.
